Care Supervisor Full Time

Dayam is recruiting and has a great opportunity with a company who is an independent domiciliary care home based in Essex caring for 50 residents. As a result of a recent expansion they have identified an exciting opportunity for an office based Care Supervisor to be part of a small team involved in the production and revision of care plans taking into account the ever-changing needs of their residents.

The role

• Ensuring all Care Plans are in place and revised as and when required.
• Ensuring that all carers are providing care of the highest quality.
• Ensuring all Risk Assessments are completed as appropriate.
• Ensuring all digital daily record sheets are reviewed regularly.
• To ensure staff spot checks are performed regularly in accordance with Company policy.
• To ensure all care plans are in place at client homes, stocked with the correct stationery, and that care plans are collected from client homes at the end of our appointment as carers.
• To liaise with social workers and other professionals when attempting to deal with such incidents as complaints and SOVAs.

Key requirements

• At least 2 years experiences as a Home Carer.
• Level 2 qualified
• Demonstrable experience in administration and handling of paperwork.
• Must have use of own car
• Must have a working knowledge of email, word and excel.

Experience

•  Supervisory: 1 year (Required)
•  Care : 3 years (Required)
