Registered Nurse Full Time

Dayam is recruiting for part-time and full-time Registered Nurses for an outstanding Nursing Home who are looking to expand their team within North of Herefordshire.

This role will allow you to work as part of a nursing team to deliver reliable, effective, and efficient care to the residents, whilst following the correct professional practices and procedures of the home.

Key Duties and skills

The key duties of a Registered Nurse would consist of the following:

• Providing care to residents and patients whilst following their specific care plans.
• Adjusting care plans for patients when required.
• Ensuring you are monitoring and recording any changes within the patient’s situation.
• Administer medication
• Identify Care plan requirements and carry out risk assessments when necessary
• Report any safeguarding concerns during your shift

An ideal candidate would be able to

• Maintain good working relationships within the working environment
• Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
• Learn and improve on their work
• Attend training as and when required
• Follow policies and procedures of the home.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Registered Nurse
• Hold an NMC Pin
• Previously have worked with vulnerable adults
• Have practical experience in providing quality care and to exceed the expectations of the residents.

Shift Pattern

This role is a part-time and full-time position with flexible hours available.
