Business Development Manager Full Time

Jack is recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a renowned learning disability, mental health and elderly care organisation.

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for business development, referrals and assessments across various regional services.

You will need to have an outgoing personality, be an excellent communicator, passionate and driven to succeed goals through excellent influencing.

Key Duties and skills as a Business Development Manager:

· Reporting to the board of directors and senior management.

· Increasing sales, improving customer relations and aggressively pursuing new customers.

· Liaising with enquiries, home managers and other healthcare professionals. Tailoring care packages with assistance of finance team.

· Identify relevant tenders for various services.

· Develop and execute relevant market research and competitive analysis

· Produce weekly activity reports and KPI analysis.

Requirements

· Previous business development experience in health and social care.

· Experience with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

· Full clean UK driving license

Benefits

· Competitive salary range from £46,000 to £56,000.

· Performance based bonus.

· Home based with occasional meetings in West London.
