Operations Manager Full Time

Jack is recruiting for an Operations Manager for a renowned learning disability, mental health and elderly care organisation between North London and East Midlands.

As an experienced Operations Manager, you would be responsible for the operational processes, providing continuous leadership and management to various other regional services.

Key Duties and skills as an Operations Manager:

· Work closely with the board of directors and senior management to improve and action policies. Identifying opportunities to improve performance.

· Providing strong leadership and management by advising and supervising registered managers to meet all necessary requirements including referrals, applications, and safeguarding procedures.

· Accountable for the registered managers in their area to ensure all compliance is met.

· Develop and maintain budgets, audits and P&Ls to maximise profitability.

Requirements

· 5 years operational management experience including multi-site regional management.

· Experience with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

· Professional qualification equivalent to Degree, NVQ level 5 or equivalent (or working towards this qualification).

· CQC knowledge including regulations, responsibilities and inspections.

· Full clean UK driving license

Benefits

· Competitive salary range from £52,000 to £62,000.

· Home based with travel to various locations within region.
