Learning and Development Facilitator Full Time

Jack is recruiting for a residential and nursing home service who are looking for a Learning and Development Facilitator to deliver across various services within East and West Sussex.

This role focuses on delivering high quality learning, development, and training across a large renowned organisation.

Key Duties and Skills

· Report to the Training Manager and following evaluation procedures set.

· Point of contact for training requirements.

· Demonstrate good knowledge regarding healthcare curriculum. Planning, preparing and presenting this curriculum to a high standard.

· Operating the e-learning platform and ensuring training is up to date and CQC compliant.

· Other duties where necessary.

· Strong communication and organisational skills.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a learning facilitator or similar role

· Experience within healthcare sector

· NVQ or QCF assessor qualification

· Enhanced DBS

· Full UK Driving License
