Support Worker Full Time

Dayam is recruiting for Experienced Support Workers to work Full-Time in and around Colchester, London supporting Vulnerable Adults with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism.

This role is suitable for an experienced support worker or someone with care experience looking to progress within their career.

Key Duties and skills required

• Supporting individuals within the community and within their own homes.
• Preparing food.
• Cleaning.
• Providing emotional support when required.
• Providing personal care where required.
• Encouraging and Supporting the development of personal skills.
• Promote service user’s independence.
• Update and log all care provided.

Requirements

• 6 months or more Care/Support work experience.
• Clear Enhanced DBS.
• Be able to work full-time shifts.
• Friendly individual with a caring attitude.
• Good Knowledge of CQC.
