Jack is recruiting for a prestige younger adults organisation who are looking for a Team Leader to join an Independent Living Environment in King’s Lynn.
This role focuses on the importance of developing relationships with vulnerable young adults whilst supporting them through their day to day activities.
As a Team Leader, you will be working as part of a team to safeguard young adults and supply them with the confidence and guidance to successfully transition into adulthood whilst also finding ways to improve their ability to perform tasks themselves. Key Duties and Skills
Reporting directly to the Service Manager.
Providing considerate support to young adults.
Effective management, supervision and support of other team members including rota management.
Displaying a safe atmosphere through safeguarding from abuse, neglect, and harm to allow them to be positive throughout their day to day life.
Delivering clear communication, auditing, compliance monitoring, updating records and adhering to policies and procedures and create positive community relationships.
Covering Awake Nights for other team members.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years care experience with children and younger adults (required)
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a senior role (preferred)
NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (required)
Enhanced DBS
Full UK Driving License
Shift Pattern
This role requires covering for multiple candidates to split 24-hour shifts, 7 days a week (Days and Nights). Contact us for further information.
