Dayam is recruiting for a prestige children’s organisation who are now looking to expand their Support work team located 5 miles of West Norwich.
This role focuses on the importance of developing relationships with vulnerable children and young people whilst supporting them through their day to day activities.
As a residential Support Worker, you will be working as part of a team to safeguard children and supply them with the confidence and guidance to thrive in social environments whilst also finding ways to improve their ability to perform tasks themselves.
