Training Assessor – Children’s Homes Full Time

Dayam is recruiting for a Children’s Care Group who are looking to expand their team by adding a Training Assessor who can come on board and deliver training across Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

This role focuses on delivering high quality learning, development, and training across a large renowned organisation.

Key Duties and Skills

• Report to the Training Manager and follow evaluation procedures set.
• Point of contact for training requirements.
• Demonstrate good knowledge regarding healthcare curriculum. Planning, preparing and presenting this curriculum to a high standard.
• Operating the e-learning platform and ensuring training is up to date and CQC compliant.
• Support the delivery of Level 3 diploma within Residential Children’s Care and Level 5 in Leading and Managing Residential Children’s Homes.
• Supporting all Home Managers to ensure all mandatory training up-to-date for key workers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience within Residential Children’s Care as a trainer, assessor or learning facilitator
• Ability to deliver presentations seminars and work shops to staff within the Children’s Homes
• NVQ or QCF assessor A1 qualification
• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving License
• Excellent presentation and delivery skills

Shift Pattern

• Currently working from home, 35 hours per week.
