Care Manager Full Time

Dayam is recruiting for a Branch Manager to work within an office setting to deliver high quality homecare services to clients within the community for an outstanding company who are looking to expand their Management team within Wokingham, Berkshire.

This role focuses on delivering excellent management to a specific team of support workers, office staff and service users. Your duties will be a combination of management, administration, on call and care.

Key Duties and Skills

• Being a CQC Registered Manager
• Overseeing all activities involved in office start-up
• Overseeing the day-to-day smooth running of the office
• Ensuring that all points of service delivery are implemented to high standards
• Managing a small team of staff, ensuring that duties are completed and providing leadership
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
• Overseeing recruitment and forecasting demands on training and staffing levels
• Conducting staff appraisals and supervisions
• Provide an on-call service (shared alternate weeks)
• Representing the company during meetings with officials and service commissioners
• Adhering to policies and procedures
• Ensuring that our service complies with CQC requirements
• Ensuring that the highest standards of care are always maintained
• Conduct on Call duties where required.

Requirements:

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience
• NVQ level 3or higher in Health and Social Care (in process or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and IT knowledge
