Spending most of my early childhood in the northwest of England and the sunny Algarve coast of Portugal, I moved to Cambridge at the age of 10 and then went on to obtain a First-Class Honours in Finance, Investment and Risk in London. Since joining Availl in 2016, I have specialised in temporary and permanent healthcare placements, developing long-term relationships with numerous healthcare organisations. Outside of recruitment, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping fit and maintaining links with London.

As a bilingual who moved to the UK at a young age, I have always found it a pleasure to mix amongst different cultures. It has helped me graduate from Newcastle University to becoming a Recruitment Manager, where the decisions I make create long-lasting positive impacts on our clients' business and our candidates’ career. Recruitment is a peoples job. Other than recruitment, I thrive in self-development, from training in the gym, reading, to hanging out with friends, I have managed to find that work-life balance.

I grew up in Cambridgeshire but moved away for a few years and I’m delighted to be back and working in the city of Cambridge. I spent the last year in London recruiting doctors internationally, it made me realise my passion for recruiting within the Health and Social Care sector. I thoroughly enjoy engaging with candidates, connecting them with the right clients and creating long-lasting relationships. Outside of work I enjoy walking my dog, spending time with my partner and listening to various podcasts.
